eBay Partner Network – EPN Reporting Problems
On March 30, 2010, eBay Partner Network released some new enhancements and features to the eBay Partner Network (ePN) interface. Just one day later, publishers are noticing a major negative impact on their click and impression data. Currently this technical issues is affecting March 30 and 31st data.
From what we are able to gather, this technical issue is a reporting issue only and all data will be available as soon as possible. We seen a notice stating that all services would be up and running by 3/31 at 9pm but that time has come and gone and the problem had not been resolved.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time that eBay has pushed out changes that majorly impacted publishers in a negative way. One would think that with a company this size, testing and QA would be a little better.
We will keep an eye on the progress and post any updates here. Let us know if you experience any additional weirdness.

My March 30 stats are half the usual. As of afternoon on March 31st, I show ZERO stats impressions & clicks. They stopped coincident with my deleting my archived campaigns yesterday.
My active and normally earning campaign links are up and working. My websites are up. My web traffic is normal per Google Analytics.
However, NOTHING IS TRACKING. ZERO.
I have a sick feeling this could be somehow related to deleting the archived campaigns. Those campaigns had no traffic, as I had switched those links to my current active campaign, way back when when we changed to the QCP partner format. All current earnings and stats belong to the currently alive, undeleted campaigns.
The eBay Partner Network (ePN) tracking of clicks and impressions are back online and contains data that was missing for March 30 & 31st.
We will just have to take their word on this issue being a tracking issue only. We can only hope all of our sells were captured.
